If you are placing an order that you wish to receive in time for Christmas, please order on or before Thursday the 10th of December for international orders, and on or before Thursday the 17th of December for domestic (UK) orders. This is the guideline provided to us by Royal Mail and it is not a guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas. Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
All orders will be dispatched from our studio within 2 business days.
Shipping is always free for all domestic orders with a value of £30 or more, which are sent via Royal Mail First Class and will arrive within 2 business days from dispatch. For orders under £30, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £1.
International standard shipping
International orders with a value of £30 or more are shipped for free with standard shipping. Standard shipping has a delivery aim of 5-15 business days excluding any unprecedented delays, and includes tracking via Royal Mail.
For orders under £30, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £2.50, and tracking is not included. The delivery aim is 5-15 business days. The delivery aim is provided by Royal Mail and is a target, not a guarantee.
International express shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout for customers in the USA and Canada, and is charged at a flat rate of £6.50. Express shipping is tracked and has a delivery aim of 3-5 business days. For orders from the USA or Canada with a value of £100 or more, express shipping is free of charge.
Shipping rates on the cart page
Shipping rates shown on the cart page are estimated based on the IP address of the device you are viewing our website on. If you are viewing the website with a VPN, you may see inaccurate shipping rates on the cart page.
Shipping rates shown in the cart in currencies other than GBP (£) may have slight discrepancies to the ones shown at the final stage of checkout due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
You as the buyer are responsible for any customs fees or duties due on your package where applicable. If a parcel is returned because import fees were not paid then your order is ineligible for refund.
If your order was sent with tracking you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any trouble finding your tracking number get in touch.
If you think your order has been lost in the mail, then please only get in touch 3 weeks after your order has been dispatched if it is international, and 1 week for domestic orders.
