Returns & Refunds
RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS
Returns are accepted on all undamaged items. To return an item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch for a refund to be issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Upon return of undamaged items, the full purchase cost excluding any initial delivery charges will be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
Items returned to us are not illegible for refunds except under exceptional circumstances where you as the buyer are not at fault. It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct, and to collect your order from the post office should you need to.
