What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all debit and credit cards as well as Paypal.
How do I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code it can be entered at the final stage of checkout.
Can I cancel/change my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We process orders daily, and depending on the time you order and contact us it might not be possible.
Can I send directly to a recipient?
Yes! At checkout you will have the option to send your order directly to the recipient. If you order a card or a card and a gift we will write a gift message in the card at no extra cost.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays we will contact you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders will arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch. International orders will arrive within 15 business days from dispatch. Please check our shipping page for more info.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If 15 business days have passed since you got a shipping notification, first check the address you used for the order. Unfortunately orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded. If the address is correct, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email letting you know that’s it’s left our studio and is on it’s way to you. If your order was shipped with a tracked method of shipping, the email will include your tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be illegible for refund, it must be undamaged and in it's original packaging. For full information see our returns and refunds page.
What are your operating hours?
Our studio is open 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday (UK time). It's just me working in the studio most of the time, but I reply to all emails and enquires as soon as I can!
Do you do custom/freelance work?
We are always happy to discuss custom and freelance work, please contact us at email@example.com with details about your project. We can only take on a limited number of projects each month, and priority will be given to those that have a clear brief and align with our aesthetic. We do not customise the items listed for sale in our online store.
